More text encodings

Several terminals, including postscript, x11 and pm, support additional text encodings: ISO 8859-1 (Latin 1), ISO 8859-2 (Latin 2), ISO 8859-15 (variant of 8859-1 with Euro sign), KOI8-R (cyrillic), and miscellaneous codepages. See encoding (p. ) for more details.
